Ship Auto Now LLC – Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: March 1, 2025

The following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a binding agreement between the Client (as defined below) and Ship Auto Now LLC (“Ship Auto Now,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). This Agreement governs all vehicle shipping service orders placed with Ship Auto Now.


1. Parties

Client refers to the individual or entity requesting vehicle transport services, including vehicle owners or their authorized representatives.
Ship Auto Now LLC is a fully licensed and registered vehicle transport broker, coordinating shipments through authorized and insured carriers (“Carrier”). Ship Auto Now does not perform physical transportation but facilitates the arrangement between Clients and Carriers.


2. Services Provided

Ship Auto Now acts solely as a broker, arranging for vehicle transport services with third-party Carriers. Ship Auto Now is responsible for securing a Carrier but is not liable for the actual transport or delivery of vehicles.


3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate details regarding the vehicle(s), including make, model, year, and condition.

  • Prepare the vehicle for transport by removing loose parts, securing fragile components, and ensuring it is operable (unless otherwise noted).

  • Disable any alarm systems before transport.

  • Remove all personal belongings. Ship Auto Now and the Carrier are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

  • Ensure that no hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials are inside the vehicle.

  • Ship Auto Now and its Carriers are not responsible for any damage caused by improper preparation, loose items, or prohibited materials.


4. Pickup and Delivery

  • Estimated pickup and delivery dates are provided for reference only and are subject to changes due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen conditions.

  • The Carrier will attempt to deliver the vehicle to the closest safe and accessible location.

  • If the Client cannot be present during pickup or delivery, they must designate an authorized representative.


5. Damages and Liability

  • A vehicle inspection will be conducted at pickup and delivery, and any pre-existing damage will be noted in the Bill of Lading.

  • Any damage during transit must be reported immediately upon delivery and documented on the Bill of Lading.

  • Ship Auto Now is not liable for damages caused by unforeseen events, such as accidents, extreme weather, or mechanical failures.

  • Once the Client signs for the vehicle upon delivery, they acknowledge that it has been received in satisfactory condition. Claims for damage must be submitted directly to the Carrier’s insurance provider.


6. Messaging Terms and Conditions

Message Types

Clients may receive the following types of messages from Ship Auto Now:

  • Promotional Messages: Special offers, discounts, and exclusive deals.

  • Informational Messages: Service updates, notifications, and shipment tracking details.

  • Marketing Content: Advertisements and recommendations related to vehicle shipping services.

Message Frequency

Clients may receive messages on a daily or weekly basis, depending on the nature of the communication.

Data Rates Notice

Message and data rates may apply. Clients are responsible for any charges imposed by their mobile carrier.

SMS Registration Compliance

  • To Unsubscribe: Clients can opt out of receiving messages by texting STOP to [shortcode].

  • To Get Help: For assistance, clients can text HELP to [shortcode].
